Candidate FAQs

  • We are not a big agency, and it shows. We give our clients and candidates the attention they deserve through this very nuanced and sensitive process. We approach placements with a unique perspective and philosophy, different from most other recruiters. Find out why that is by reading more about us here.

  • We only work with experienced professionals and place only senior roles at this time. If you are just looking to chat about what it is like to work in a support role - visit our blog or contact us!

  • There is never a fee for candidates at any time. We are happy to walk you through our process and the ongoing relationship by scheduling an initial conversation with you. Find time here.

  • We love talking to people when they aren’t looking. Sometimes the best time to have a first conversation is when you are not in a rush for a new job, that way we can be thoughtful and intentional about what could be a great fit in the future and only come back to you when we have something great for you to jump into next. Having a casual introductory conversation is also the way we like to start off our relationship - as we see it long-term, ongoing, and transparent. Getting to know you, your personality, work experience, career aspirations, interests and strengths (i.e. who you are as a well-rounded human being) helps us hone in on what matters most to you in your next career move.

  • Yes, as long as it is not for the same position. You should feel free to pursue any avenues of which you feel more comfortable finding your next great role!
